[wi-sun rlmmwg] No RLMM WG TC today

Dear RLMM WG members,

As we discussed in the last RLMM WG TC, we will not have our regular TC 
today due to schedule conflict with IEEE event.

I would like to share current status of the discussion on security feature:
  - The security features proposed from members and the direction 
regarding security feature for Network Type A is described in page 7 and 
8 of the material used in the last call:

  - If you have any objection, comment or suggestion for the direction, 
please provide it before our next call to be held on Mar. 24th JST.
  - If there are no further discussion, we will make decision to proceed 
with the proposed direction
