Dear RLMM WG members,

I just summarized discussion in the last RLMM WG TC on Feb. 27th JST and 
uploaded it to the DMS server:

There were 5 points discussed regarding PHY and MAC parts of RLMM 
Technical Specification. I would like to continue our discussion and 
make a consensus on these points in the next call. Please go through 
them and be prepared for the discussion in the next call. If you could 
provide your feedback by the end of Thu. JST, I can summarize it in
