Dear RLMM WG members,

As we discussed in the RLMM WG TC today, I would like to gather opinion 
for setting priority of features in the Big Picture of Technical 
Specification. I have uploaded a spreadsheet for gathering your opinion.

I would like to ask members to provide your opinion following the
