Here is the result of the Letter Ballot for the Big Picture of Technical 
Specification:

Eligible Voters: 11
Actual Voters: 7
Return Ratio: 63.6%
Approval Ratio: 100.0%

The ballot was quorate and passed.

According to the result, the Big Picture of Technical Specification 0v02 
is now renamed to 1v00:
