Dear RLMM WG members,

I found that the schedule of the RLMM WG TC this week conflicts with the 
IOT event now being held in Japan and many active RLMM WG members are 
attending event. Therefore, I would like cancel RLMM WG TC this week on 
Dec. 12th and schedule next call on Dec. 19th. If you have any schedule 
conflict, please let me know.

I would like to share update after last call.

Regarding the review for the Big Picture of Technical Specification, 
there were no further feedback to be discussed. I will initiate the 
ballot to approve the Bif Picture of Technical Specification and the 
target of 1v00.

Regarding the Technical Specification 1v00, I just begin to prepare 
framework of the document referring existing Technical Specifications in 
other WGs. I will try to share it before next call. If you afe 
interested in being volunteer, please let me know.
