[wi-sun rlmmwg] Please review the Big Picture of Technical Specification 0v02

Dear RLMM WG members,

I have uploaded the Big Picture of Technical Specification 0v02 to the 
DMS server. It is available from here:

The 0v02 was prepared by adding a description on Low Energy Superframe 
to 0v01. In the RLMM WG TC, there were no further comment and we are 
planning to approve the Big Picture of Technical Specification 0v02 as 
1v00 and set target of the Technical Specification Rev 1v00 to be 
released by the end of Dec. Before starting ballot for approving the Big 
Picture of Technical Specification 0v02 as 1v00, I would like to ask 
members to take time for final review. If you have any comment, question 
or suggestion, please let me know before the Dec. 9th 17:30 JST. If 
there are no problem, we will proceed to the ballot.

We have scheduled our next TC on Dec. 5th JST. If you could provide your 
comment, question or suggestion by the end of Dec. 4th JST, we can 
discuss about it in the TC.
