Dear RLMM WG members,

I have consolidated comments received from members into a comment 
spreadsheet available from here:

All comments are editorial or general comments and I expect there will 
be no discussion for the suggested amendments as they are fix of typos 
or adding information. I have prepared updated version of proposal 
document 0v02 in which all suggested amendments are applied and it is 
available from here:

As it seems there are no specific item which need discussion, I would 
like to postpone the RLMM WG TC today. Please take time for going 
through the documents above and if you have any comment, please let me 
know. Once you finish reviewing the document, in case you have any 
specific comment, indicating "no specific comments" to me will be 
helpful for me to know how many members have reviewed the document. I am 
looking forward to receiving feedback from members.

As I mentioned before, once the proposal is agreed in RLMM WG, I will 
officially transfer it to PHY WG. If I receive no objection by the end 
of Dec. 14th JST, I will transfer the proposal document 0v02 as an 
official input from RLMM WG to PHY WG. If you have any objection, please 
let me know by the end of Dec. 14th JST.
