[wi-sun rlmmwg] We will postpone Wi-SUN RLMM WG TC today

Dear RLMM WG members,

As there are no specific topics ready to be discussed, I would like to 
postpone our next teleconference until next week Sep. 10th (Thu) JST. If 
you have any topics to be discussed today, please let me know.

The minutes of the last call is uploaded to the DMS. Please take time 
for reviwing it to approve it in next call. The minutes is available

Regarding the Technical Specification Draft 02, I am still working on 
adding more explanation for clarification to resolve comments. I will 
share the updated version once I finish.

following timeslot:
Sep. 9th (Wed) 19:00-20:00 PDT
Sep. 9th (Wed) 22:00-23:00 EDT
Sep. 10th (Thu) 03:00-04:00 BST
Sep. 10th (Thu) 07:30-08:30 IST
Sep. 10th (Thu) 11:00-12:00 JST
