[wi-sun rlmmwg] We will postpone Wi-SUN RLMM WG TC today

Dear RLMM WG members,

As there are no topics ready to be discussed, I would like to postpone 
our next teleconference until next week Nov. 26th (Thu) JST. If you have 
any topics to be discussed today, please let me know.

The minutes of the last call is uploaded to the DMS. Please take time 
for reviwing it to approve it in next call. The minutes is available

Nov. 26th (Thu) 07:30-08:30 IST
Nov. 26th (Thu) 11:00-12:00 JST

I am updating the draft of Technical Specification and it is taking more 
time than I expected to integrate all updates since last version. I will 
try to finish it before next call.

If you have any comment or suggestion, please let me know.
