[wi-sun rlmmwg] Survey for Interest for Network Type and Frequency Band

This is gentle reminder on survey for interest on network type and 
frequency band. For those who have not provide your feedback, if you 
could provide it by the end of today Aug. 5th JST, I can include it to 
the result to be shared in the RLMM WG call tomorrow.
